A 50% deposit is required upon booking with the balance charged 3 days prior to check-in.

Our cottages are designed for a maximum of 2 adults only.

1-night night stays are subject to a $50 surcharge.

​NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE COTTAGES

NO OUTSIDE VISITORS PERMITTED. Students are welcome to visit with parents staying with us.

If you are locked out, use the Ring Doorbell to contact the owners for access.

Post Checkout Fees may apply for damages when guests do not abide by posted policies.
PET POLICY:

Bayberry Cottage is now a designated Pet Friendly Cottage. Limited to 1 dog.

Pet Fee is $40 per night. Max $100.
-
Must be housebroken.
-
Not allowed on any furniture or in tub.
-
Must not be left in cottage alone unless crated.
-
Must not disturb the peace of other guests or wildlife on the property.
-
Blankets & towels are not for pet use.
​​There is no fee for registered Service Animals ONLY.
Ridgeview, Deerfield, and Twinleaf Cottages maintain a NO Pets Policy.
Unauthorized Pet Fee is $100 plus $40 per night.

​Cancellations received prior to 14 days of your stay will receive a full refund less a $95 Fee.

Cancellations received within 14 days of your stay will receive a gift certificate for your deposit less a $95 Fee. (Gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of cancellation)

Cancellations received within 72 hours of your stay will forfeit any deposits or gift certificates already redeemed.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours of your stay will be charged the full amount.

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY:
​In the event the weather forecasts indicate an imminent threat or strong chance of severe weather, we reserve the right to:

Cancel your reservation should you be scheduled to arrive on or before the day of the weather event is predicted to occur. In this case we would hope to reschedule your visit to an alternate date. If an alternate date is not feasible, you will be refunded in full.

Request you vacate the cottage as soon as possible to prevent you from being stranded and unable to get out. You will be refunded in full for any unused portion of your stay. In all cases there will be no financial penalties. This policy applies mostly to inclement winter weather. However, it also applies to any other types of severe weather events.

Complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, and bath grains

Dishes, glasses and flatware

Pots, pans and assorted cooking utensils

Assorted other kitchen and dining accessories

Iron, ironing board and hair dryer

Salt, pepper, and complimentary starter supply of coffee and tea bags
-
Firewood (in season, typically October through April or as temperatures warrant.)
GIVING BACK
10% of Autumn Ridge Cottages' net profits are donated back to local non-profit organizations.
