We are sorry to announce that as of Sept 4, Autumn Ridge will not be continuing their Goat Yoga class. We find it necessary to refocus our efforts on family and our primary business. Thank you for your understanding on this decision and support over the last year and a half. We may still post photos and updates on our sweet goats in our fb group.
Why Goat Yoga?
Many of our guests at Autumn Ridge come to escape, seek relaxation, and de-stress. Our Goat Yoga class offers the many therapeutic benefits of yoga and animals in a feel good, fun, beginners yoga class... with adorable miniature goats. It allows guests to step outside of their everyday routine and remind them to not take life so seriously.
This is one of the few times Autumn Ridge is open to non residing guests. For one hour, participants can enjoy this unique experience led by a yoga instructor and an entourage of our adorable and lovable goats.
Sunday afternoons 1-2pm inside the BARN at Autumn Ridge.
Expect to relax and have a few laughs. Feeding, pictures, and cuddles are welcome after the class. Yoga mat rentals available. Gift Certificates available.
